Refund policy
At Evolve Clothings, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent service. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the steps below to return it:
Return Period: Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Returns Policy: Products must be in the same condition as you received them, unused and in the original packaging.
Returns process: Contact us at support@evolveclothings.store to initiate the return. We will provide you with the return address.
Return Shipping Costs: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless products are defective or incorrect.
What should I do if I receive a defective product?
Don't worry, if you receive a defective product, we will replace it for free, but you must notify us and return the product within 14 days.
Swap
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or a different item, you can place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.
